Message from bible reading
Date: 22 Aug 2025 Psalms 11 1 In the LORD I take refuge. How then can you say to me: “Flee like a bird to your mountain. 2 For look, the wicked bend their bows; they set their arrows against the strings to shoot from the shadows at the upright in heart. 3 When the foundations are being destroyed, what can the righteous do?” 7 For the LORD is righteous, he loves justice; the upright will see his face. Message: As,we belong to our God,must rely on Him completely. He can affirm our life, since He is the source of life,so we should not be confused by the voice of the world.Meanwhile, our foundation is built up in the everlasting Lord.As we obey His way,our purified heart will favor our Lord Jesus. We can see His face and experience His works personally! 2 Corinthinans 13 5 Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you—unless, of course, you fail the test? 6 And I trust that you will discover that we have not failed the test. 11 Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice! Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you. Message: We,as Christians, need to have self-reflection on faith in Jesus. Can we overcome all difficulties and challenges throughout our life? If we can it shows that Jesus affirmation in our heart. Also He helps us to walk in a right way and overcome our weakness of life. The community in the Lord shows loving with one another, unity in one heart, living in harmony. Eventually God can be contented and we can also experience His presence personally!
Date: 25 Aug 2025 Malachi 1:6,11 6 “A son honors his father, and a slave his master. If I am a father, where is the honor due me? If I am a master, where is the respect due me?” says the Lord Almighty. “It is you priests who show contempt for my name. “But you ask, ‘How have we shown contempt for your name?’ 11 My name will be great among the nations, from where the sun rises to where it sets. In every place incense and pure offerings will be brought to me, because my name will be great among the nations,” says the Lord Almighty. Message: Lord, we confess our rebellion to you. Please keep us in a reverent heart, honoring you, respecting you, believing in you, and following you! From the rising of the sun to its setting, let all the earth fear your name! Spread your name! Praise your name, and it will be honored among the Gentiles and throughout the earth! Amen! Galatians 6:1-2 1 Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted. 2 Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. Message: God! You teach us to use spiritual vision and a gentle heart to help those around us, and to have spiritual discernment to protect ourselves. Because you teach us to love and support one another, others will recognize us as your disciples. God! This fulfills the law in Christ. What wonderful teachings you have given us, allowing us to learn, obey, and put them into practice.
Date: 23 Aug 2025 (1) Numbers 13:27, 30 AMP 「They reported to Moses and said, “We went in to the land where you sent us; and it certainly does flow with milk and honey, and this is its fruit. Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, “Let us go up at once and take possession of it; for we will certainly conquer it.”」 📍Message: What the spies observed about the environment was objective; however, there was a significant difference in what they reported to the congregation. Let us pray that believers may have faith in God and truly rely on Him through prayer. May our brothers and sisters adopt God's heart and vision to see this generation as He does, work alongside Him, and be the salt and light in the world. (2) Zechariah 13:1, 9 AMP 「“In that day a fountain shall be opened for the house of David and for the people of Jerusalem for sin and impurity. “And I will bring the third part through the fire, Refine them as silver is refined, And test them as gold is tested. They will call on My name, And I will listen and answer them; I will say, ‘They are My people,’ And they will say, ‘The Lord is my God.’ ”」 📍Message: It is a promise that we can call our Heavenly Father “Abba” and experience an authentic relationship with Him. Through this, we can be set free—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Therefore, we not only receive blessings for ourselves, but also bless the people of Hong Kong to experience this true transformation. Scripture 3: Galatians 4:5-7, 28, 31 AMP 「so that He might redeem and liberate those who were under the Law, that we might be adopted as sons And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying out, “Abba! Father!” Therefore you are no longer a slave , but a son; and if a son, then also an heir through God. And we, brothers and sisters, like Isaac, are children of promise. So then, believers, we are not children of a slave woman, but of the free woman.」 📍Message: Passing through the challenges and hardships of life is never easy; however, God provides a way through prayer. We can call upon His name and receive His response, accompanied by signs and miracles. Through this process, our lives are purified and made ready to become His holy vessels.
Date: 26 Aug 2025 (1) Psalms 18:2-3, 6 2 The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield[b] and the horn[c] of my salvation, my stronghold. 3 I called to the LORD, who is worthy of praise, and I have been saved from my enemies. 6In my distress I called to the LORD; I cried to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears. Message: Lord, please help us to ask out to you in trouble and problems. Do not look at circumstances but focus on you, the one that made the heaven and earth, the miracle worker. Believe that God is our rock and our refuge, you are the only one we can rely on. You will deliver us from the hands of our enemy and proclaim that God will surely hear our prayers. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen! (2) Eph. 1:4, 7-9, 11 4 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. 7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace 8 that he lavished on us. With all wisdom and understanding, 9 he[d] made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, 11 In him we were also chosen,[e] having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, Message: Lord Jesus! Thank you for choosing me since the formation of this world, thank you for giving us the Holy Spirit to enlighten our heart, always remind us to be aware of our our sins and to stay away from it. Help us to be able to set apart to be Holy. Thank you for the abundance of your saving grace. Thank you Holy Spirit for leading us into all truth, help us to be really children of God, to be able to please God and get inheritance. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen!
Date: 23 Aug 2025 Number 14:6-9 6 Joshua son of Nun and Caleb son of Jephunneh, who were among those who had explored the land, tore their clothes 7 and said to the entire Israelite assembly, “The land we passed through and explored is exceedingly good. 8 If the Lord is pleased with us, he will lead us into that land, a land flowing with milk and honey, and will give it to us. 9 Only do not rebel against the Lord. And do not be afraid of the people of the land, because we will devour them. Their protection is gone, but the Lord is with us. Do not be afraid of them.” 📍Message: Joshua and Caleb saw the beautiful land God had given his people as their inheritance. They weren't intimidated by the towering Canaans. Instead, they warned and strengthened the entire congregation of Israel not to rebel against the Lord. This serves as an example for us, reminding us not to exaggerate our current difficulties but to trust in God's promises, persist in prayer and confession, and lead our brothers and sisters to run toward God's vision and promises. Galatians 5:1 It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. 📍Message: Only the power of Christ's cross can liberate us. Therefore, we must rely on God's strength to break free from the yoke of sin and stand for God's truth. Therefore, we must recognize the liberating power of Christ and learn to draw upon the grace of sin's deliverance, so that we can no longer live in weakness and sin's bondage.
Date: 27 Aug 2025 📗 John15:7-8 7if you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. 8This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples. 📍Message: Christians, being discilples of Jesus, we need to bear more fruits . We have to apply the words ,not just listening more and more words of God. Besides, leading people to Christ, we need to build up our personality, as good models to attract people to follow Jesus. Also,we have to promote our level ,so that we can be raised up by Jesus, such as Peter, James and John. They could experience the transfiguration of Jesus personally. If we can bear more fruits,God can be glorifed, and we can show that we are really disciples of Jesus! 📗scripture (2): Matthew25:20-23 20 The man who had received five bags of gold brought the other five. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with five bags of gold. See, I have gained five more. 21“His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness! 22“The man with two bags of gold also came. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with two bags of gold; see, I have gained two more. 23“His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness! 📍Message: Being Christians and servants of God,we need to be proactive, to chase God and let others admire on our life. Also we have to put much effort to be complete (Hebrews 6:1),otherwise,the front ones will be at behind (Matthew 19:30) As we bear fruits for Jesus,we are loyal to Him.If we are loyal even just in tiny things, we can in charge more important things. We need to breakthrough and exceed our self limitations, and become elite soldiers and pioneers,do great works for God!
Date: 28 Aug 2025 📗(1)Numbers 18:7, 20 7 You and your sons shall keep the priesthood, for all things concerning the altar and within the veil. I have given you the priesthood as a reward, that you may serve me; any foreigner who comes near shall be put to death. 20 Then the Lord said to Aaron, "You shall have no inheritance in the land of the Israelites, nor shall you have any portion among them. I am your portion and your inheritance among the Israelites." 📍Message: Serving at the altar is necessary, for it is a ministry entrusted by God and a reward from God. Although this service requires much sacrifice and even loss, the reward outweighs all the sacrifices and losses, for we gain God as our inheritance. 📗(2) Malachi 4:1, 2, 6 1 "Behold, the day comes, burning like an oven. All the proud, yea, all that do wickedly, shall be stubble; the day that comes shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts; it shall leave them neither root nor branch." 2 "But for you who fear my name, the sun of righteousness shall arise with healing in his wings. And you shall go forth and leap like calves from the stall. 6 He shall turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and bring a curse upon the ground." 📍Message: Ministry will encounter difficulties, but whether these difficulties become the furnace of judgment or the purifying, healing rays of light in our lives depends on whether our hearts are turned toward our Heavenly Father.
Date: 31 Aug 2025 📗(1): Isaiah 3 1 The Lord, the LORD of hosts, will take away from Jerusalem and Judah their confidence and their dependence, their bread and their water. 2 He will take away the mighty man and the warrior, the judge and the prophet, the diviner and the elder, 3 the captain of fifty and the noble, the counselor and the skilled, the cunning sorcerer. 4 The LORD says, "I will make children their leaders, and babes will rule over them." 📍Message: God wants us to rely solely on Him. When we place our trust in other abilities, money, power, or even sorcery, this is deeply abhorrent to God. God will remove anything that has taken His place. He will also allow seemingly incompetent people to take the lead, demonstrating His power and leading people to repent and seek Him. 📗(2) Ephesians 6 6 Do not serve only when it is your turn, as men-pleasers, but as servants of Christ, doing God's will from the heart. 7 Serve with a cheerful heart, as if serving the Lord, not men. 8 Knowing that whatever good a person does, he will receive a reward from the Lord, whether he is slave or free. 📍Message: Our service is not for men or ourselves, but for God. When we have this right mindset, we will not be so concerned with gaining human approval or personal gain, because our hearts have eliminated all motives for self-gratification and are solely focused on pleasing the Lord. His approval becomes our sole pursuit. Proverbs 4:23 states that out of the heart are the issues of life. A pure heart will bring good effects of the service and blessings.
Date: 29 Aug 2025 📗(1) Psalm 21 7 For the king trusts in the Lord; through the unfailing love of the Most High he will not be shaken. 8 Your hand will lay hold on all your enemies; your right hand will seize your foes. 9 When you appear for battle, you will burn them up as in a blazing furnace. The Lord will swallow them up in his wrath, and his fire will consume them. 10 You will destroy their descendants from the earth, their posterity from mankind. 📍 Message: All the enemies of God will be doomed to fail. God will punish them and burn them with fire. This is the retribution of the enemies 📗(2) Ephesians 4 11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. 14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. 📍 Message: The five-fold ministry enables people to grow up, no longer being children, to avoid all deceptive schemes, and to enable wise people to be called sons of God, so that they can lead the church and multiply believers.
Date: 1 Sept 2025 📗(1) Psalm 24:3-6 Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in his holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false or swear deceitfully. He will receive blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. This is the generation that seeks the Lord, Jacob that seeks your face. (Selah) (Psalm 24:3-6, Chinese Union Version) 📍Message O God, we desire to ascend the mountain of the Lord, to enter your holy place, to pray to you daily with a pure heart. We are the generation that seeks you, hoping for your blessing and salvation for us and our descendants! Amen! 3 I thank my God every time I remember you. 4 In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy 5 because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, 6 being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. 📍Message God, we follow Paul's example and pray wholeheartedly for our church pastors and brothers and sisters every day, so that the gospel may flourish and each of us in Christ may receive God's blessings. May we who are in the Lord share the same resolve, stand firm in our faith, and joyfully proclaim God's goodness daily, reviving His kingdom. Amen!
Date: 30 Aug 2025 📗(1) Numbers 20:6-11 「Then Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly to the doorway of the Tent of Meeting and fell on their faces . Then the glory and brilliance of the Lord appeared to them; and the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, “Take the rod; and you and your brother Aaron assemble the congregation and speak to the rock in front of them, so that it will pour out its water. In this way you shall bring water for them out of the rock and let the congregation and their livestock drink.” So Moses took the rod from before the Lord, just as He had commanded him; and Moses and Aaron gathered the assembly before the rock. Moses said to them, “Listen now, you rebels; must we bring you water out of this rock?” Then Moses raised his hand and with his rod he struck the rock twice [instead of speaking to the rock as the Lord had commanded]. And the water poured out abundantly, and the congregation and their livestock drank .」 📍Message : God's servants are able to experience His presence. We can communicate with the Lord and gain wisdom, strategies and practical methods to witness miracles. We shall pray for His protection that we may possess and maintain this faith that longs for His presence, listens to His words and acts upon them, so that we will not depart from His presence. 📗(2) Isaiah 2:2-5 AMP 「Now it will come to pass that In the last days The mountain of the house of the Lord Will be established as the highest of the mountains, And will be exalted above the hills; And all the nations will stream to it. And many peoples shall come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, To the house of the God of Jacob; That He may teach us His ways And that we may walk in His paths.” For the law will go out from Zion And the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. And He will judge between the nations, And will mediate for many peoples; And they will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not lift up the sword against nation, And never again will they learn war. O house of Jacob, come, let us walk in the light of the Lord.」 📍Message : Jehovah God is the hope of this generation! People on earth will long to come to the Lord's house. We should pray for the members of the Church, the Body of God. May we be greatly strengthened by God's presence and word, knowing and embracing His will and becoming a light on earth.
Dat: 2 Sept 2025 (1) Psalm 25:1-3 (Union Version) [A Psalm of David.] 1 To you, O Lord, I lift up my soul. 2 In you, my God, I trust. Do not let me be put to shame; do not let my enemies triumph over me. 3 Those who wait for you will never be put to shame; but those who deal treacherously without cause will be put to shame. Message: We must constantly rely on and look to the Lord, making it a habit and cultivating a heart that patiently waits for God's work. We will see victory over our enemies. O God, those who wait for you will never be put to shame! 📗 (2): Philippians 2:1-2; 14-16 (NIV) 1 Therefore, if there is any encouragement in Christ, if there is any comfort from love, if there is any fellowship of the Spirit, if there is any tender mercies and compassions, 2 Make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. 14 Do all things without grumbling and disputing, 15 so that you may be blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, 16 holding fast the word of life, so that I may boast on the day of Christ that I did not run in vain or labor in vain. 📍Message: The churches of the Lord must be of one mind, of one mind in the truth, united in heart, and sharing the same vision of the Lord. They must have the mind of Jesus and see things from His perspective. Don't grumble or argue, for this does not build up and bear witness to God. Instead, we live out our true faith, uphold the truth, and become children of light in this perverted world. We must finish our race, with Jesus as the goal, and we will receive the reward from above!
Date: 3 Sept 2025 (1): Matthew 28:19-20 (Union Version) · 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. 20 Teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And I am with you always, to the end of the age. Message: The Lord Jesus gave His followers the Great Commission, ultimately to commit as a disciple. This involves more than just baptism as a christian, but to obey the teaching of the Lord. For those who trust in Jesus, the process of making a disciple is a life-transforming journey. It is not a matter of training in courses, but rather a Christ-centered life, pay the price as a German pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer expressed in his book, "The Imitation of Christ," a commitment to dying for the Lord. (Ultimately martyred) We are to be role models for others, influencing lives with our lives, and building true disciples. 📗 (2): John 15:2, 7-8 2 Every branch in me that bears no fruit he takes away. And every branch that bears fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit. 7 If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. 8 By this my Father is glorified, and you will be my disciples. 📍Message: Jesus has a very close and inseparable relationship with us. We should obey His words, not out of legalism, but out of the compulsion of love. If we abide in the Lord's love, we will bear much fruit and prove ourselves to be His true disciples. We learn from Jesus and do what He did. To bear more fruit, life requires pruning. This can include self-reflection on the effectiveness of one's work, reminders and coaching from others. While this may feel uncomfortable, it nonetheless benefits and leads to growth. Pruning also refers to life training, such as years of strenuous athletic training ultimately improving physical and mental health. To be used by God, pruning is essential and bear more and more fruits.
Date: 6 Sept 2025 (1) Isaiah 9 1 Nevertheless, there will be no more gloom for those who were in distress. In the past he humbled the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, but in the future he will honor Galilee of the nations, by the Way of the Sea, beyond the Jordan— 2 The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of deep darkness a light has dawned. 3 You have enlarged the nation and increased their joy; they rejoice before you as people rejoice at the harvest, as warriors rejoice when dividing the plunder. Message: Thank God for being our great light! In Him there is no darkness, and He can call those from darkness into light. By relying on God and practicing His Word, we can experience a multiplication of our numbers and an upgrade of an inner self, lacking nothing in both quantity and quality. We no longer need to continue struggling in darkness, but instead enjoy the Lord's fullness. 📗(2) Colossians 2 10 and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over every power and authority. 11 In him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not performed by human hands. Your whole self ruled by the flesh[a] was put off when you were circumcised by[b] Christ having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead. 📍Message: We are reminded that our relationship with God is not trusting on our own strength, but on his grace, which justifies us and allows us to enter into a process of healing, cleansing, and separation. Thus, we have the assurance that God is the head of all things and that he has been resurrected from the dead, which strengthens our faith and enables us to move forward. 📗Scripture 3: Psalm 29 10 The Lord sat enthroned over the flood; the Lord sits enthroned forever. 11 The Lord will give strength to his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace. 📍Message: Psalm 29 recounts God's powerful and majestic voice, bringing shocks to the earth, allowing people to know and proclaim God's glory. At the same time, God not only demonstrates His divine power but also expresses His willingness to be in a relationship with us, willing to empower and bless those who belong to Him. May more people be able to exalt and honor the Lord more in their lives.
Date: 4 Sept 2025 (1) Numbers 25:7-11 7 When Phinehas son of Eleazar, son of Aaron the priest, saw this, he stood up from the midst of the congregation, his spear in his hand. 8 He followed the Israelite into the tent and stabbed both the Israelite and the woman through the belly. So the plague was stopped from among the Israelites. 9 So many people died from the plague at that time. 10 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: 11 "Phinehas son of Eleazar, son of Aaron the priest, has turned away my wrath from the Israelites, because he was jealous for me among them, so that I would not consume them in my jealousy." 📍Message: Qualities of a Leader: 1. Having God in his heart and courageously walking in God's way In the eyes of his elders, Eleazar and Moses, Phinehas was just a young man. However, because he had God's way in his heart ("jealous for me," verse 11), he was able to do what was right in God's eyes with courage and strength. 2. He was consistent, setting an example Phinehas demonstrated his fear of God and his hatred of sin before the congregation through his actions. 3. Multi-generational leadership, passed down from generation to generation A leader cannot be a single leader; he must have others with him. Just as Moses could not serve as both leader and priest, but needed Aaron to share the priestly duties. Furthermore, he must raise up descendants like Eleazar and Phinehas to succeed him, so that God's blessing can continue for generations to come.
Date: 7 Sept 2025 📗(1) Colossians 3 12 Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and beloved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. 13 Forgive one another and forgive one another if anyone has a complaint against another. Just as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. 📍Message: As God's people, we are beloved by God and have been sanctified from sin by the power of Jesus' precious blood. We should not act in the ways of the world, not responding to violence with violence or evil with evil. We should strive to be at peace with everyone and constantly remind ourselves to be compassionate and gentle in our dealings with others. We should not rationalize unforgiveness and forgive everyone who has hurt us, so that we can truly be sanctified from the world. 📗(2) Psalm 30 11 You have turned my mourning into dancing; you have stripped me of my sackcloth and clothed me with joy. 12 That my spirit may sing praises to you and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give you thanks forever! 📍Message: The psalmist experienced God's deliverance from his difficulties and groanings, turning his tears into joy. This was not achieved through a mentality of giving up or becoming discouraged, but rather through the wonderful results of the psalmist's wholehearted reliance on God. He personally witnessed God's faithfulness and power, and was able to declare from his heart his eternal praise for God. Therefore, when we still face difficulties, we should emulate the psalmist's trust and wait upon God, and we will experience the same praise and joy he did with God.
Date: 5 Sept 2025 (1) Psalm 28 1 [A Psalm of David.] O Lord, I call upon you! My Rock, do not be silent to me! If you keep silent, I will become like one ready to die. 2 Hear the voice of my supplications, when I call upon you, when I spread out my hands toward your Most Holy Place. 6 Blessed be the Lord, for he has heard the voice of my supplications. 7 The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart rejoices; with my song I will praise him. 8 The Lord is the strength of his people and the guarantee of salvation for his anointed. Message: The Lord is always willing to hear our prayers and is always near us, especially when we pray in the Holy of Holies. Now our hearts are God's temple, the place where Jesus dwells. If we persevere in prayer, God will surely be with us and will give us strength to face all the difficulties we face. 📗 (2): Numbers 26 1 After the plague, the Lord spoke to Moses and Eleazar son of Aaron the priest, saying, 2 Take a census of all the congregation of Israel, by their clans, from twenty years old and upward, all the Israelites who are able to go out to war. 3 Moses and Eleazar the priest spoke to the Israelites in the plains of Moab by the Jordan across from Jericho, saying, 4 Take a census of you from twenty years old and upward, as the Lord commanded Moses and the Israelites when they came out of Egypt. 63 These are the ones numbered by Moses and Eleazar the priest when they numbered the Israelites in the plains of Moab by the Jordan across from Jericho. 64 But there was not one of those numbered of the Israelites whom Moses and Aaron the priest had numbered in the wilderness of Sinai. 65 For the Lord had spoken of them, saying, "They will surely die in the wilderness." Therefore, not a single man remained, save Caleb son of Jephunneh and Joshua son of Nun. 📍Message: God cannot be taken lightly. Those who speak disrespectfully, do not fear God, have no faith, deny God's will, or complain will suffer the consequences: they will not be able to enter the beautiful land of Canaan and enjoy God's grace. Therefore, we should diligently and persevere in serving the Lord, not be timid or discouraged, but do what is right, act uprightly, fear the Lord, and follow Him wholeheartedly.
Date: 8 Sept 2025 📗(1) Isaiah 11:5-9 📍Message: When justice arrives and leadership changes, all things settle down. This is the state of the new heaven and new earth. When people can live in harmony with one another, all things will follow suit, living in harmony with us, just as the lions did not devour Daniel. This is the image of the new heaven and new earth. Not only did the lions stop eating meat, they also began to eat grass, returning to the conditions before Noah and the flood. Everything returns to the Garden of Eden, before man sinned, and all things lived in harmony. When the Messiah comes, all things will be renewed and transformed by Him, returning to the conditions God created in the beginning. This is our hope! Amen!
Date: 9 Sept 2025 📗Psalm 33:2-11, 20-22) 2. Give thanks to the Lord with the harp; sing praises to him with a ten-stringed psaltery. 3. Sing to him a new song, play skillfully and with a resounding voice. 4. For the words of the Lord are right; all his works are in truth. 5. He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the Lord's lovingkindness. 6. By the word of the Lord were the heavens made; all his host by the breath of his mouth. 7. He gathers the waters of the sea like an heap; he gathers the deeps in storehouses. 8. Let all the earth fear the Lord; let all the inhabitants of the world be in awe of him. 9. For he speaks, and it comes to pass; he commands, and it stands firm. 10. The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; he futiles the plans of the peoples. 11. The counsel of the Lord stands forever; the plans of his heart endure to all generations. 20. Our hearts wait for the Lord, our help and our shield. 21. Our hearts will rejoice in Him, for we trust in His holy name. 22. O Lord, show us Your lovingkindness, as we have hoped in You. 📍Message: True praise comes from those who have a right relationship with God. When we are justified through Christ and our lives are righteous because of Him, our praise is acceptable. Praise is not a performance but a worship that flows naturally from our lives. (v.2-3) God delights in us praising Him wholeheartedly in various ways. Our worship should not be mechanical but "new," born from fresh experiences and touch from God. Our praise is not based on feelings or circumstances but on God's unchanging attributes—His faithfulness, justice, power, and supreme sovereignty. No matter the circumstances, this God deserves our praise. (v.20) "Waiting" isn't passive inaction, but active, hopeful trust and anticipation. It's resting in faith, knowing God will act at the perfect time. He is both a "helper" (actively attacking) and a "shield" (passively protecting). Our joy stems from the One we trust. When we trust in His holy and precious name (representing His entire character), true joy flows deep within our hearts, a joy unaffected by circumstances. Amen!

Date: 12 Sept 2025 📗(1) Psalm 35 1 [A Psalm of David.] O LORD, contend with those who contend with me; fight against those who battle against me. 2 Take shield and buckler, and stand up to my help. 3 Draw your spear, and stop those who pursue me; say to my soul, 'I am your savior.' 4 Let those who seek my life be put to shame and disgraced; let those who plot my destruction be turned back and ashamed. 9 My heart will rejoice in the LORD, I will rejoice in his salvation. 📍Message: May we endure in times of trouble and wait for God, for God's righteousness endures forever. May those who seek our lives be put to shame and turned back, for the LORD will protect his people. May we rejoice and be glad every day because of this! If God is for us, who can harm us? 📗(2) Numbers 33 50 The Lord spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan, across from Jericho, saying, 51 Speak to the Israelites, saying, 'When you cross the Jordan into the land of Canaan,' 52 you shall drive out all the inhabitants from before you, and destroy all their carved stone images and all their cast idols, and tear down all their high places. 53 You shall take possession of the land and live in it, for I have given it to you as an inheritance. 📍Message: God's word is what it is! It will surely come to pass. Human success begins with God's word; what God says, it stands! The Exodus was God's promise to the Israelites. The journey was filled with hardships, obstacles, failures, and even seemingly hopeless times. But as long as we obey God's commands and act according to His attributes and will, we will ultimately succeed and become victorious.

Date: 10 Sept 2025 📗(1): Luke 8 1 Not long after, Jesus went on a journey through all the cities and villages, preaching and proclaiming the good news of the kingdom of God. With him were the twelve disciples, 2 and women who had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities, including Mary Magdalene, from whom seven demons had been driven. 3 Joanna, the wife of Chuza, Herod's steward, and Susanna, along with many other women, supported Jesus and his disciples from their own means. 📍Message: Jesus and his disciples were dedicated to the work of the kingdom of God, preaching the good news of the kingdom and providing healing and deliverance, healing the bondage of body, mind, and spirit. The women who had benefited from their help were deeply grateful and responded by supporting Jesus and his disciples from their own means. We should also use God's love to provide for God's servants and maids, so that they can better serve Him! 📗 (2) 2 Corinthians 8 1 Brothers, I want to make known to you the grace of God that has been bestowed upon the churches in Macedonia. 2 In the midst of great trials and tribulations, their overflowing joy and extreme poverty have greatly increased their generosity. 3 I bear witness that they gave freely and even beyond their ability. 4 They earnestly begged us to grant them a share in this grace of support for the saints. 📍Message: The Macedonian churches, instead of focusing on their own tribulations, difficulties, and poverty, are eager to participate in donations to help other churches and saints. They are extremely eager, considering this a gift from God, and are very willing and grateful. We should have the same generous giving heart as the Macedonian churches, viewing it as grace, and offering with faith and love!

Date: 13 Sept 2025 📗(1): Psalm 36 5 Lord, your lovingkindness reaches to the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the skies. 6 Your righteousness is like the mountains, your judgments like the great deep. Lord, you save man and beast. 7 How precious is your lovingkindness, O God! In the shadow of your wings do the sons of men take refuge. 8 They will be satisfied with the fatness of your house; you will make them drink from the river of your delights. 9 For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light. 10 May your lovingkindness continue with those who know you, and your justice with those who are upright in heart. 📍Message: We should always sing praises and exalt God! For He is worthy and greatly praised. The psalmist expresses the abundant provision of the Lord for us to meet our every need in life, and experiencing it is a wonderful experience. The key lies in knowing Him. May those who know Him constantly receive His love and enter into an interactive, intimate relationship with God, which will bring them immense satisfaction. This passage encourages everyone to draw close to Him, to read God's Word, and to savor its sweetness. 📗(2) Numbers 34 1 The LORD spoke to Moses, saying: 2 "Speak to the Israelites, saying, 'When you come into the land of Canaan, the land that is your inheritance, including its four borders:' 16 The LORD spoke to Moses, saying: 17 "These are the names of the men who will divide the land among you: Eleazar the priest and Joshua son of Nun. 18 And you shall take a leader from each tribe to help them. 📍Message: The establishment of boundaries and the selection of tribal leaders are particularly crucial elements in the Book of Numbers, and even for the Israelites themselves! The demarcation of boundaries brought about a transformation, allowing those who were previously enslaved to obtain an inheritance, representing a departure from their former circumstances and the entry into a life of freedom. How precious was this inheritance after centuries of slavery! It was God who enabled the Israelites to enter a spacious land! The selection of tribal leaders allowed God's will to flow to each tribe, becoming helpers and allowing leadership to be revealed and exercised within the community. In addition to witnessing God's wondrous miracles, we also see God release wisdom and strategy into people, enabling ongoing transformation, allowing them to work with God, further understand God's will, and enter a spacious land of life.

Date: 11 Sept 2025 📗( 1): Numbers 32:16-18, 21-22 16 They approached Moses and said, "Let us build folds here for the livestock and cities for the little ones. 17 But we ourselves will be armed and will march quickly before the Israelites and bring them to their place. Our little ones will remain in the fortified cities, hidden from the inhabitants. 18 We will not return to our homes until each of the Israelites has inherited his inheritance." 21 "Every armed man among you must cross the Jordan before the Lord, until the Lord has driven out his enemies from before him. 22 After the land has been subdued before the Lord, then you may return. Then you will be guiltless toward the Lord and toward Israel, and the land will be your inheritance before the Lord." 📍Message: This is a picture of humility and unity. On the one hand, although Reuben, Gad, and half the tribe of Manasseh coveted the land east of the Jordan, they did not stop there. Instead, they forsook their comfortable lives and joined their brothers in the battle. On the other hand, the other Israelites were willing to put aside their own desires for land and wait until Reuben, Gad, and half the tribe of Manasseh had settled their wives and children and repaired their cities before crossing the Jordan to take possession of the land. But the land they sought was the Lord's. When people are willing to put aside their own desires and prioritize God's interests, becoming one in spirit, God will grant their wishes and allow them to settle their wives and children first. 📗(2) Isaiah 14:1-2 1 The Lord will have compassion on Jacob and choose Israel again to settle them in their own land. The strangers will join them and become part of the house of Jacob. 📍Message: By faith, we too are descendants of Abraham and Israelites. If we are humble, willing to put ourselves aside and become one with others, God will surely place us in His Kingdom.

Do not fret because of those who prosper in their ways, because of those who carry out wicked schemes. 8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; Do not fret, so as to do evil. 📍Message: Whether facing adversity or evil people, our hearts should remain silent, our eyes fixed on God, our trust in and patiently await His arrangements, without being disturbed or resentful. Otherwise, our anger will only grow, leading to evil deeds and sins against God. 📗Scripture Verse 2: 2 Thessalonians 2 3 Let no one deceive you in any way, for that Day will not come unless the apostasy and the man of lawlessness, the son of perdition, are revealed first. 4 The opposer exalts himself above all that is called God or worshipped, so that he sits in God's temple, calling himself God. 📍Message: The world is filled with all kinds of deception and sorcery, calling themselves gods in order to mislead the world and the chosen people away from the true God. Therefore, we must be vigilant, read the Bible, and pray regularly to avoid being deceived and misled, causing divisions in the church, and even losing our precious salvation.

Date: 15 Sept 2025 📗1: Psalm 45 Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; the sceptre of your kingdom is a sceptre of justice. You love righteousness and hate wickedness; therefore God—your God—has anointed you with the oil of gladness above your companions. (Psalm 45:6-7, Chinese Union Version) 📍Message This king can be said to be God's agent. He will bring God's kingdom to earth. Therefore, his throne is eternal, his sceptre of justice is a sceptre of justice, and under his rule there will be no deep-seated social divisions. "You love righteousness and hate wickedness; therefore God—your God—has anointed you with the oil of gladness above your companions." (v. 7) His ability to be king is entirely due to the anointing oil of God upon him. God anointed him with the oil of gladness. He is the Messiah, the Anointed One. Today we are anointed with God's oil of joy and filled with His joyful Spirit. Let us serve others with His righteousness and joy, so that more people can experience the true joy that comes from God! Amen! 📗2: 1 Timothy 6 The love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some, eager for it, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. But you, man of God, flee these things; pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, and gentleness. Fight the good fight of faith and lay hold on eternal life. To this end you were called and have already borne the good witness before many witnesses. (1 Timothy 6:10-12, Chinese Union Version) 📍Message Facing these problems, Paul instructs Timothy (us) not to be influenced by worldly values but to pursue the fruit of the Spirit, not the pursuit of money or the lust for wealth, which pierces the heart. Furthermore, Paul instructs Timothy (us) to "fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were called" (v. 12a). We must fight the good fight of faith even more, resisting and tearing down these false teachings and preventing them from influencing the church. Not only must we protect ourselves from being affected, but we must also protect the churches we pastor. The true gospel of Jesus Christ prevents us from being confused by the world's values. This is what it means to "fight the good fight of faith." The world's values are mammon, greed, and pandering to human desires, but the true gospel involves bearing the cross for the Lord. This fight must be fought, fought well, and we must "lay hold on eternal life." The phrase "lay hold on eternal life" appears twice in this chapter, referring to those who are wealthy in this world "laying up for themselves a good foundation for the future, so that they may lay hold on the life that is truly life."

When the wicked are before me, I will put a bridle on my mouth. 2 I was silent, I would not even speak good words; then my anguish was stirred. 3 My heart was hot within me; when I meditated, a fire was kindled, and I spoke with my tongue. 4 O Lord, make me know the end of my days, the measure of my years, that I may know my fleeting nature. 📍Message: This generation is filled with evil, perverseness, and falsehood. As Christians, we must be extremely cautious in our words and actions, lest we fall into a snare and be overthrown by the evil one. Living in God's presence, our hearts are filled with grace and the Holy Spirit, our hearts are blazing, we long for the Lord's word, and we constantly speak words of grace and praise. Furthermore, since our days are limited, we must truly reflect on how to live out our true faith and bear witness to God's glory and the hope it brings through our words and actions! 📗(2) 2 Thessalonians 3 (Union Version) 1 Finally, brothers and sisters, pray for us, so that the word of the Lord may spread quickly and be glorified, just as it is also among you. 2 And that we may be delivered from the hands of wicked and evil men, for not all have faith. 3 But the Lord is faithful, who will strengthen and protect you from the evil one. 13 Brothers, do not grow weary in doing well. 📍Message: Christians must pay close attention to the swift and accurate spread of the Lord's word and the gospel, as this generation is filled with heresies and false teachings. We must uphold the truth, not misrepresent the Lord's word, and bring glory to Him. As we work for the Lord, we are inevitably attacked by the evil one, but we must trust in the loving and faithful Lord, who will protect us from his schemes. Be strong and courageous! The Lord's will is for us to walk the path of goodness and bless others. Sometimes the results may not be as expected or the effects may not be immediately apparent, which may lead to discouragement and disappointment. But we firmly believe: Those who sow in tears will reap with joy! Amen.

Date: 19 Sept 2025 ( 1:) Psalm 42 1 [A Psalm of the Sons of Korah, to the Director of Music.] As a deer pants for brooks of water, so my soul pants for you, O God. 2 My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I appear before God? 3 My tears have been my food day and night, while they continually say to me, "Where is your God?" 4 I used to go with the multitude, leading them to the house of God with shouts of joy and praise, to the feasts. When I recall these things, my heart is deeply troubled. 5 Why are you cast down, O my soul? Why is my heart troubled? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, for he helps me with the smile of his countenance. Message: The psalmist was depressed because obstacles prevented him from meeting God face to face. Consequently, he yearned for God and longed for Him greatly. He knew the way out, so he spoke to his heart. He knew that as long as he opened his heart and poured out his heart to God, God would respond and hear him, and no amount of anxiety would shake our relationship with Him. Scripture 2: 1 Timothy 3:1-5; 10; 12 1 This is a trustworthy saying: If anyone aspires to the office of overseer, he desires a fine work. 2 An overseer must be blameless, the husband of one wife, self-controlled, sober-minded, respectable, hospitable, able to teach. 3 Not given to wine, not violent, but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. 4 He must manage his own household well, raising his children up with respect and obedience. [Or, "Or, 'Govern your children and make them obedient.'"] 5 If a man does not know how to manage his own household, how can he take care of God's church? 10 Such men must first be tested, and if they are blameless, then they can be deacons. 12 But a deacon must be the husband of one wife and manage his children and his own household well. Message: If a man aspires to be a steward of God's house, he must have a proven record of managing his own household well. He must also be tested and have a good reputation both inside and outside the church. He must behave properly, be a good husband, and please God.

Date: 17 Sept 2025 📗(1) : Exodus 15:22-27 Moses led the Israelites from the Red Sea and into the wilderness of Shur. They traveled in the wilderness for three days and found no water. When they came to Marah, they could not drink the water there, because it was bitter. Therefore the name of that place was called Marah. Then the people murmured against Moses, saying, "What shall we drink?" Moses cried out to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a tree, which he cast into the waters, and the waters became sweet. There the Lord established for them statutes and laws, and there he tested them. He said, "If you will diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes, and give ear to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will not bring on you any of the diseases that I have brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, your healer." They came to Elim, where there were twelve springs of water and seventy palm trees. They camped there by the waters. Message: 1. Turn to God in the wilderness. When you encounter bitter waters in life (stress, disappointment, lack), is your first reaction to complain or to seek God's help? Learn from Moses' example: he heard the people's complaints but chose to cry out to God (v. 25). 2. Allow the cross to intervene in difficult situations. Consider what needs Christ's redemption to transform "bitterness into sweetness"? Perhaps it's a relationship that needs forgiveness, a habitual sin that needs breaking free, or a burden that needs to be surrendered. 3. Listen to God's Word, not your circumstances. God says, "If you will listen carefully..." What promises of God do you need to heed today to combat the bitterness of your circumstances? For example, "My grace is sufficient for you" (2 Corinthians 12:9) and "In this world you will have tribulation, but take heart" (John 16:33). 4. Hope for the rest of "Elim" No matter how difficult the present moment, trust that God is preparing a spiritual oasis. Elim's springs and shade trees bear witness to God's faithfulness; He will never forsake you. Prayer: Jehovah Rapha, you are our healing God! In the wilderness of life, teach me not to complain when facing adversity, but to embrace the redemption of the cross with faith, turning bitter waters into sweetness. Help me to listen to your word daily, obey it, and trust that you will grant Elim's grace after my trials. In the name of the Lord Jesus, Amen.

Date: 20 Sept 2025 📗(1): Psalm 43 3 Send out your light and your truth, let them lead me, bring me to your holy mountain, to your dwelling place. 5 Why are you cast down, O my soul? Why are you in turmoil within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him. He is the joy of my countenance, my God. 📍Message: This morning, God's Word reminds us of His kindness and faithfulness. He is the strength of our hearts, giving us motivation and hope for the future. The psalmist's profound description of God as his glory reveals his immense protection from God, freeing him from the need to strive for anything on his own. May all of us experience this kind of lightness. 📗Scripture 2: Deuteronomy 5 3 This covenant was not made with our fathers, but with us who are alive here today. 22 "These are the words the Lord spoke to all the assembly on the mountain, out of the midst of the fire, the cloud, and the thick darkness, with a loud voice; he added nothing more. He wrote them on two stone tablets and gave them to me." 33 "You must do everything the Lord your God commands you to do, so that you may live, and it may go well with you, and your days may be long in the land you are to inherit." 📍Message: We are part of God's covenant! Scripture shows that God is willing to speak to us through various means. In the past, there were prophets who delivered messages, and in this age, the Spirit of God personally reveals His riches to us. Therefore, it is crucial to be sensitive to God's guidance and revelation! The wonderful blessing is that when we obey God's commands, He promises us to receive blessings and inherit the land. Hallelujah.

He subdues the peoples under us, the nations under our feet. 4. He chooses for us an inheritance, the glory of Jacob, whom he loves. (Selah) 5. God ascends with a shout; the Lord ascends with the sound of a trumpet. 6. Sing praises to God, sing praises! Sing praises to our King, sing praises! 7. For God is King over all the earth; sing praises with understanding! 8. God reigns over all the nations; God sits on his holy throne. 9. The kings of the nations gather together to be the people of the God of Abraham; for the shield of the world is God's; he is most high. Message: (47:1-2) Let all nations rejoice, for the Lord is the King of all the earth, ruling over all nations. The foundation of worship—God's attributes and deeds · The reason for rejoicing is "Because the Lord Most High is awesome; he is...a great King." Worship is not based on feelings but on who God is (He is sovereign and awesome) and what He has done (He is a victorious ruler). "Awesome" means awe-inspiring and majestic. We worship a great and powerful God. (47:3-4) This section reviews God's victorious battles for Israel throughout history (such as the conquest of Canaan). "Submit under us" indicates that God is the captain who brings His people to victory. For New Testament believers, this foreshadows God's victory over sin, death, and the powers of darkness in Christ. (47:5-7) "God ascended," which also foreshadows Christ's ascension (Ephesians 4:8). He has triumphed over all principalities and powers and now sits at the right hand of the Most High Father. Cheering is not merely an emotional outburst but also a grounded worship. "With understanding" means understanding and contemplating who God is and what He has done. Our faith is both rational and emotional. "The shield of the world is divine"—"shield" symbolizes protection and power. The source of all worldly power and protection lies in God. He is the ultimate safeguard and reliance.

Date: 22 Sept 2025 (1) Psalm 45 Hear, O daughter, and consider; give ear! Do not forget your people or your father's house; the king will envy your beauty; for he is your Lord, and you must worship him. The daughters of Tyre will come with gifts, and the rich among them will seek your favor. The king's daughter is all splendor in the palace; her garments are embroidered with gold. She will be brought before the king, clothed in splendid attire; and the virgins who accompany her will be brought before you. They will be led with joy and gladness; they will enter the king's palace. (Psalm 45:10-15, Chinese Union Version) 📍Message Psalm 45:10-15 focuses on the bride: the psalmist encourages the distant bride not to dwell solely on home and family, but to devote herself wholeheartedly to the groom. She will receive gifts from all quarters and eventually be presented before the king in splendid attire. Her companions will also be joyfully led into the palace. These verses are also an exhortation to the church—the bride of Christ: listen, think, commit, worship, and magnify the Lord. Only in this way can the church have influence, as metaphorically implied in verse 12: The people of Tyre will come with gifts, and the rich will ask for favor. May our church, and churches everywhere, manifest the Lord's holiness and glory, dressed and prepared to joyfully welcome the returning King, the Lord Jesus Christ! Amen! Verse 2: In this mountain the Lord of hosts will make for all peoples a feast of rich food, a feast of aged wine, of rich food filled with marrow, of aged wine purified. He will also destroy in this mountain the veil that covers all peoples, the veil that has been spread over all nations. He has swallowed up death forever. The Lord God will wipe tears from all faces and remove the reproach of his people from all the earth, for the Lord has spoken. In that day they will say, "Behold, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us. This is the Lord, we have waited for him; we will rejoice and be glad in his salvation." The Lord's hand will be upon this mountain; Moab will be trodden down in his land, like straw trodden in a cesspool. He will stretch out his hand in it, as a swimmer stretches out his hand to swim; but the Lord will bring down his pride and the deceit of his hands. The Lord will overturn the strong towers of your city; He will bring them down to the ground. (Isaiah 25:6-12, Chinese Union Version) 📍Message: God's grace not only reaches ignorant Israel but also all nations facing judgment. Therefore, salvation comes to all peoples, and all nations will call the Lord "Our God." "In this mountain, the Lord of hosts will make for all peoples a feast of rich food, a feast of aged wine, of rich food filled with marrow, of aged wine, well-done" (v.6). God invites all nations to join him at the feast. "He will also destroy in this mountain the veil that covers all peoples, the veil that is spread over all nations" (v.7). This veil is a spiritual covering, and God will remove it. Their shame and separation from God will now be removed, as will the veil of mourning in judgment. But on that day, all nations will receive grace. This is God's will for us, so "Behold, this is our God" (v. 9). Salvation will extend to the entire earth, except for Moab, who represents pride, adultery, and deceit. Beyond these, God's salvation will come to all nations, and all will say, "This is our God." God is using us today to become a greater sign, allowing the entire world to witness revival coming from the East. This revival will initially be difficult, invisible to humans, but God will surely strike down those who hinder it and use us to be a blessing to all nations. God accomplishes His work personally, not us. Thank you and praise the Lord! Amen.

Date: 25 Sept 2025 Psalm 49:1-8 1 [A Psalm of the Sons of Korah.] Hear this, all you peoples, all you inhabitants of the earth, 2 Let your ears hear this, both high and low, rich and poor. 3 My mouth will speak words of wisdom, and my heart will understand understanding. 4 I will listen to parables and interpret riddles on my harp. 5 Why should I be afraid in the day of trouble, when evil has followed me at my heels and has surrounded me? 6 Those who trust in their wealth and boast of their riches 7 No one can redeem his brother, nor give a ransom to God for him, 8 that he may live forever and see no corruption, for the price of his life is too great to be lost forever. Message: We have entered a spiritual battle. There is no turning back, only forward. The wicked will only grow worse with time, but we need not fear or be in awe, for we have God's protection and the precious blood of the Lamb. We are already in a position of victory. The evil one can do nothing within us. As long as we put on the full suit of spiritual armor, we can resist him. Scripture 2: 2 Timothy 4:1-5 1 In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge: 2 Preach the word. Be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort with great patience and careful teaching. 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine. But to suit their own desires, they will heap up for themselves teachers, having itching ears. 4 They will turn their ears away from the truth and be turned aside to myths. 5 But you must be cautious in all things, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry. 📍Message: Because the world is evil, people may not want to accept sound truth and consider the teachings of Jesus foolishness. However, the Lord teaches us to be extremely patient and endure suffering. We must never be distracted and must preach the word. Whether in good times or bad, we must never be disturbed by the evil one. The Lord will protect us and be with us.

Date: 23 Sept 2025 (1) : Psalm 46 [A Psalm of the Sons of Korah, to the Director of Musicians, to a female voice.] 1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. 2 Therefore, though the earth be shaken, though the mountains be shaken into the heart of the sea, 3 Though its waters roar and boil, though the mountains tremble at its swelling, we will not fear. [Selah] 10 Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth. Message: When we face various circumstances, difficulties, or tribulations, we must remember and have faith that God is our hiding place, the one we can fully trust in. His grace is all-sufficient, and he will help us in time. In turbulent circumstances, such as fraud, violence, illness, accidents, and financial downturns... It always makes people uneasy and fearful. God's people should acknowledge that God is our protection and not be afraid. Instead, we should practice being quiet and at peace in God's presence, listening to Him, and ceasing our worries and struggles. Then we can experience His transcendent and powerful God: Let God truly be our God! 📗(2) 2 Timothy 1:1 3 I thank God, whom I serve with a pure conscience, as our ancestors did, for I continually remember you in my prayers. 4 I remember your tears; I long to see you day and night, so that my heart may be filled with joy. 5 I remember your sincere faith, which first dwelt in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice, and, I am persuaded, is in you too. 6 For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands. 7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. Message: We must value the legacy of faith. While ordinary people leave money, treasures, and property as inheritances to their descendants, as Christians, we treasure examples of true faith and genuine devotion. For example, Paul inherited the pure heart of his forefathers, while Timothy possessed the true faith of his grandmother and his great-grandmother—truly enviable! In addition, we must strive for growth and become mentors to those who are young and new to ministry. As a teacher, Paul often thought of Timothy, caring passionately for him and praying earnestly for him, revealing his fatherly heart. Paul reminded Timothy to continually exercise his gifts, to be aroused with fervor, to rely on God to overcome weakness and timidity, and to be transformed into strength, love, and vigilance in the Lord.

Then justice will dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness in the fruitful field. The fruit of righteousness will be peace, the effect of righteousness will be quietness forever. My people will dwell in a peaceful abode, in secure dwellings, in quiet resting places. (Isaiah 32:15-18, Chinese Union Version) 📍Message "Until the Holy Spirit is poured out upon us from on high, and the wilderness becomes a fruitful field, and the fruitful field is counted as a forest. Then justice will dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness in the fruitful field." (v. 15-16) There are two interpretations here. "Justice" and "righteousness" are synonyms, meaning judgment and verdict. Judgment will go to the wilderness, while righteousness will dwell in the city. Alternatively, it can be understood that even the wilderness will be just and transformed. God reigns among us, and after judgment, His righteousness will come and dwell among us. "The fruit of righteousness will be peace, the effect of righteousness will be quietness forever. My people will dwell in a peaceful abode, in secure dwellings, in quiet resting places" (v. 17-18). A righteous king brings peace and stability; that is the work of the Holy Spirit. Relying on Egypt will only bring greater disaster. God will strengthen Hezekiah and transform Judah. After the baptism of Assyria, the wilderness will become like fertile land, and within it will grow forests of righteousness. The people desire peace and dwell in these forests of righteousness, which are also forests of trees of life. Israel (we) are God's vineyard, expecting it to produce the finest grapes, but they (we) have instead produced poisonous berries, and God is grieved by this. Later, God will plant people to become trees of righteousness, and we are willing to be the trees of righteousness planted by God. Amen! 📗(2): Titus 3 This is the Holy Spirit, whom God has poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. This is a trustworthy saying. And I want you to make these things known so that those who have believed in God may pay attention to doing good works. These are good things and are beneficial to others. (Titus 3:6-8, Chinese Union Version) 📍Message Isaiah 44:3 For I will pour water on the thirsty, and streams on the dry ground; I will pour out my Spirit on your descendants, my blessing on your offspring. Today's message echoes the beginning and the end of Isaiah, which tells us that God will pour out His Spirit on us. This promise is fulfilled in the New Testament. Through Jesus, God's Spirit is poured out abundantly upon us, allowing us to know and experience God's wonderful works. This affirms our identity as heirs of God, and the Bible emphasizes that this word is trustworthy and beneficial to us. Thank God for this wonderful and true promise. We receive the outpouring of the Holy Spirit daily, guiding us on the right path and bearing the fruit of righteousness, so that our lives may glorify God and benefit others. Amen.

Date: 29 Sept 2025 (1): Psalm 53 [A Psalm of David, to the tune of Mahal.] 1 The fool says in his heart, "There is no God!" They are all wicked, they have committed abominable sin; there is no one who does good. 2 God looks down from heaven on the sons of men to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God. 6 Oh that Israel's salvation would come out of Zion! When God brings back his captives, then Jacob will rejoice, and Israel will be glad. Message: We, God's people, must guard our hearts. We must not be like those who deny God, whose hearts are fat, stubborn, and rebellious, blind to God and His works, and who indulge in evil instead of practicing His goodness. God is specifically seeking those who earnestly seek Him and understand Him. Fearing God, doing His will, and living a good life will please Him. Faith isn't just a slogan; it's a connection with God and a way of walking in His ways. If we stray from God and don't seek Him, our lives will be lost and attacked, like prisoners and captives, suffering and distressed. But when we return, we will experience God's salvation and help, and be restored to full joy. Amen! (2): Philemon 1 8 Although I have boldness in Christ to command you what is right, 9 Yet for love's sake, as I, Paul, an old man, and now also a prisoner of Christ Jesus, I rather ask you. 10 I ask you for my son, Onesimus (which means "profitable"), who was born to me in my chains. 11 He was of no use to you, but now he is of benefit to both you and me. 📍Message: From prison, Paul wrote to Philemon, urging him to take back Onesimus, the slave who had stolen his money. The letter is filled with warmth, gratitude, and love. Paul humbly exhorted and pleaded with Philemon, not with an air of superiority or authority, demonstrating a gentle and humble heart, emulating the heart of Jesus (Matthew 11:29). Furthermore, his actions were motivated by love, not for himself, but for the mutual acceptance and reconciliation between Philemon and the new believer and former slave Onesimus. Paul was filled with love, having the same mindset as Christ Jesus (Philippians 2:4-5). Furthermore, while in prison, Paul was able to lead Onesimus to faith. I believe that Paul's testimony in the midst of suffering was a powerful testimony of God, transforming the once greedy and corrupt Onesimus into a blessing to others (verse 11: "It is good for both you and me").
