Record-breaking rainfall has flooded Henan extensively and Zhengzhou has undergone the most severe impact with flooding in railway tunnel and electricity supply cut in hospitals, etc. Pray for the Lord's mercy. May the Lord save lives, and grant wisdom to the local government to implement flood prevention, disaster relief measures and prevent outbreak of epidemic diseases.
